Videos

In an effort to meet our friends' and students' requests we will be uploading videos here of online yoga classes, as well as Sanskrit chants on the harmonium. Hope you enjoy, let us know!

At home warm-up

This sequence offers you a short and sweet way to engage the body and breath and open the heart. Jenna gives verbal and visual cues throughout.

Harmonium: lokah samastah

I recorded this video to share a simple harmonium technique to accompany this beautiful chant. May all beings everywhere be happy लोका: समस्ता: सुखिनो भवन्तु lokāḥ samastāḥ sukhino bhavantu

Walking Meditation

Walking meditation is a natural and easy way to engage the mind in contemplative practice, leading to inner and outer peace. Highly recommend giving it a try on your own or with us here at Jamuna Yoga.

Harmonium: "Guru Mantra"

One of my favorites, a portion of verse from the Guru Stotram, in praise of the supreme teacher: "The guru is the creator, the preserver, the destroyer, and the supreme reality manifest; I bow to the remover of ignorance"

Harmonium: Mahamantra

Try out this tune in one of your yoga classes or at home to immerse in the sacred names and sounds of the mahamantra: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare / Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare

lokah samastah

May all beings everywhere be happy
लोका: समस्ता: सुखिनो भवन्तु || lokāḥ samastāḥ sukhino bhavantu
This chant embodies the selfless spirit and the desire to uplift all beings. I was excited to learn this simple harmonium fingering to accompany the chant and used to practice playing and singing it on our back porch in Jatipura, India.
